Branding and Web Redesign for Family Legacy Stories

Objective

Revitalize the brand and redesign the website to enhance user experience, foster community engagement, and expand their digital presence through social media and YouTube.

Background

Family Legacy Stories had been dedicated to helping people share and preserve their family histories and stories. Despite its valuable service, the existing brand and website had become outdated and were not optimized for user engagement or mobile use.

Brand Identity Development

Objective:Created a unique and engaging brand identity.

Brand Name: We retained Family Legacy Stories due to its descriptive and meaningful name.

Logo Design: We developed a warm, inviting logo featuring a family tree with interconnected branches and roots symbolizing stories and legacy.

Tagline:“Writing your family legacy story, one page at a time.” - Highlighted the dual purpose of preservation and sharing.

Color Palette:We chose earthy tones (green, brown, gold) to evoke a sense of heritage and warmth.

Brand Voice:We established a warm, inviting, and nostalgic tone to resonate with families and history enthusiasts.

Logo Concept

- A stylized book with a leaf in the middle to represent family connections and stories.

- Color scheme: Green (growth, life), brown (roots, heritage), and gold (value, legacy).

Website Redesign

Objective: Designed a responsive, user-friendly website that enhanced the sharing of family stories.
